Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wexvly.com and travel services booked through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. The provider is wexvly.com, a private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 14262520, Business Center 'Horizon', 15 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine.

1. General

We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР of 15 September 1995 'On Tourism'. Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as required by Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'; this English version is an addition.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, comply with laws, and not misuse the site. You are responsible for reviewing booking details and travel documents.

3. Bookings & Payments

Tour operator identification, license and guarantee details are provided before booking. Prices, cancellation and refund rules are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Refunds follow Law No. 3153-IX.

4. Privacy & Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3854-IX of 6 June 2024 'On Personal Data Protection'. See our Privacy Policy. Cookies require consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020 'On Electronic Communications'.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where consumer law provides otherwise. Advertising complies with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР of 3 July 1996 'On Advertising'.
